Sales Professional 

 New‑Car Franchise Import Dealer located in Suffolk County is seeking to hire an experienced Sales Professional to join our high‑volume team.

We have over 350 units in inventory, giving you a very wide variety of vehicles to satisfy our customers’ needs. This role is for a proven, driven sales performer who knows how to deliver results in a fast‑paced dealership environment.

Our organization has a very strong BDC  Dept that delivers high-quality leads consistently, along with strong floor traffic flow!

Requirments

• Strong Phone & follow‑up skills — Ability to work CRM, respond quickly, and convert leads into appointments
• Inventory Knowledge — Must understand new and used product lines, trim levels, and competitive comparisons
• High‑Volume Experience — Comfortable working in a fast‑paced store with heavy traffic
• Professional Communication — Clear, confident verbal and written communication with customers and teammates
• Customer‑First Mindset — Ability to build rapport, maintain relationships, and deliver a top‑tier buying experience
• Tech & CRM Proficiency — Must be able to navigate CRM, digital retailing tools, and dealership software
• Valid Driver’s License — Clean, valid license 
• Team Collaboration — Works well with managers, BDC, finance, and service to ensure smooth deals
• Goal‑Driven Mentality — Self‑motivated, competitive, and committed to hitting monthly targets
• Professional Appearance — Represents the dealership brand with a clean, polished presentation
