Service Appointment Coordinator

Audi of Huntington located on Jericho Tpke, Huntington, NY is seeking to hire a Servcie Appointment Coordinator.

Job Responsibilities;

• Meet & greet customers.
• Answers the phone and sets appointments, answers customer inquiries, and receives cash, checks, and credit card payments from Service and Parts customers.
• Confirmation appointments via phone, e-mail & text
• Will be assisting customers with Loaner car
• Other duties as assigned by management.

We are seeking to hire a candidate who has the following;

• Light computer skills
• Pleasant telephone voice and people skills
• An excellent communicator
• You must be well-organized &  responsible
• Must be able to multi-task

We will provide you with the following;

• Salary range of $40K- 45K  per year based on your level of experience
