Atlantic Kia, located on Sunrise Hwy, West Islip, NY, is seeking to hire one unique candidate to join us! 

We can teach you the automotive part in ninety days. The part that determines whether you win here can’t be taught. That’s why we recruit for talent, motivation, and instinct, and we look for it in people who already show it!

• You do what you said you’d do, by the time you said you’d do it
• You’ve held a job where somebody depended on you — any industry

• You can take a correction without going quiet

The truth about the job, before you apply

Retail hours, including Saturdays. Your day is written down and scored every night, by name. You’re expected to book appointments daily, not wait for the front door. You check out with a manager before you leave, every shift.

That isn’t a warning — it’s the reason people earn here. We’d rather tell you now than lose you at day ninety.

Prior automotive experience is not necessary; if you have a sales background  from another industry, you need to apply as well 

We will provide you with the following

• Salary $90K-$125K per year / this is a commission-based opportunity
