Sales Professional

Penn Toyota, located @ 2400 Northern Blvd in Greenvale, NY, is seeking to hire one motivated Automotive Sales Professional to join our team!

If you are looking for a dealership where you can sell more cars, earn more money, and grow your career, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for. You will have the ability to sell both new Toyota vehicles and pre-owned vehicles, giving you more opportunities to close deals and maximize your income.

We offer a strong pre-owned inventory along with an open-floor sales policy, so you are not limited by a traditional sales rotation. You will have every opportunity to work customers, build your own business, and increase your earning potential.

We are looking for someone with the right attitude, strong people skills, and the motivation to succeed. Prior Toyota experience is a plus, but not required.

We are seeking to hire someone with the following skills:

• Continually keep abreast of all new product updates, features, accessories, inventory, and their benefits to the customer
• The ability to present yourself as a true automotive sales professional
• Have great people/phone skills
• Excellent follow-up skills
• Good computer/CRM knowledge

We will provide you with the following:

• Salary range: $75K-$150K per year/this is a commission-based opportunity
• Extremely aggressive commission/pay plan
• Participation on all after-sale & finance reserves
• Volume  bonuses
