Used Car Manager 

Chevrolet of Milford, located @ 655 Bridgeport Ave, Milford, CT, is part of the Tantillo Auto Group, and we are seeking to hire a Used Car Manager.  

We are a well-established dealership seeking to hire a dynamic and experienced Used Car Manager to lead our Used Car Sales Team. We have over 125+ vehicles in stock, and we need a seasoned professional to maximize sales, manage inventory, and drive profitability while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of our Pre-Owned department
• You must have thorough knowledge and be comfortable attending live auctions
• Thorough understanding of inventory control, appraisals, acquisitions, pricing, and merchandising 
• Knowledgeable with online social media advertising 
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
• Develop marketing strategies to promote the sale of our pre-owned vehicles
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term client relationships

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Used Car Manager 
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire a team
• Knowledge of automotive market trends and competitive pricing strategies
• Excellent communication skills and customer-focused mindset
• Familiarity with dealership CRM software and inventory management systems
