Multi-Line Import New Car Franchise Dealer is seeking to hire an Assistant Office Manager / Bookkeeper.

If you have experience as an Automotive biller, bookkeeper, or any other facet of the auto industry and would like to take a step up…

WE ARE WILLING TO TRAIN YOU!

Your job responsibilities would be:

  • Costing deals, commissions with trade payoffs
  • Responsible for schedules and general ledger / other office duties
  • Accounts receivable / post parts & service
  • Floor plan reconciliation
  • All aspects of compliance
  • Must be a team player, small office, with the ability to multitask
  • You must be punctual, multi-task, and communicate with our office staff in a professional manner

We will provide you with;

  • A salary range of $ 55K- $85K per year, based on your level of experience
