New Car Franchise Import Dealer located in Eastern Suffolk County is seeking to hire a General Sales Manager.

Prior experience is a must!

This candidate has overall responsibilities for the performance and results of the dealership. They will oversee the hiring and development of the team, setting and achieving Fixed and Variable sales targets.

The highest professionalism and integrity are essential for consideration.

Job Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of stable and verifiable employment history
• The ability to show evidence of strong results and top-tier CSI
• Must have strong leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of the pre-owned & F&I &digital marketing  dept

We are seeking to hire a candidate who has the following;

• The ability to take the dealership to the next level of profitability
• Hire, mentor, and monitor the team
• Identify coaching needs and promote training opportunities
• Ensure target revenues are met or exceeded
• Responsible for profitability in both new and pre-owned Dept
• Assist in developing advertising and marketing plans
• Maintain a positive and ethical working relationship with all employees, manufacturers, lenders & vendors

• The salary range is $150K – $175K per year, this is a commission-based opportunity
