Service Manager

Western Suffolk /Nassau County New Car Domestic Franchise Dealer is seeking to hire a Service Manager.

We seek to hire a candidate with at least 3 years of prior Service Management experience and a proven track record. You must have a great CSI track record as well/

You will be responsible for the following:

• The ability to train the Service Sales Staff to promote customer satisfaction (CSI)
• Ensure that common courtesy is shown to all customers by every service employee
• Make sure that the Service Dept is compliant with applicable laws and regulations
• Maintains a good working relationship with the factory
• Maintains excellent employee relation
• Handle customer complaints tactfully, promptly, and with concern for the customer
• Generate and strive to increase labor sales
• Ensure that all necessary shop equipment is in proper and safe working condition
• Schedule staff training as necessary to ensure proper repairs
• Stay up to date on product changes and new products
• Stay compliant with proper EPA/OSHA/HAZMAT safety standards.

We will provide you with the following:

• The salary range is $150K-$175K per year, this is a commission-based opportunity
