Automotve Biller

Westbury Toyota, located on Old Country Road in Westbury, NY, is seeking to hire an experienced Auto Biller to join our busy, fast-paced office. Full-time & part-time positions are available

We are the #1 Toyota dealer in the region, and we are looking for an experienced automotive billing professional who can step in and become an important part of our office team. The ideal candidate must be dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a high-volume dealership environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Tekion experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Must have thorough knowledge of DMV and Verify
• Communicate with the sales and finance departments to resolve discrepancies
• Process all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled
• Maintain police books, plate books, and in-transits
• Make sure all titles and lien releases are received promptly
• Keep track of and make sure all MV50’s, in-transit plates, and license plates are ordered
• Make sure all registrations are processed on time
• Check for accuracy in the application and ensure that all information is complete
• Maintain accurate records and perform general office duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive billing experience is a plus
• Must be available to work Saturdays for full & part-time employees 
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Schedule

• Full-time billers: Saturday is a requirement
• For part-time billers: the schedule will be Monday, Wednesday, Saturday

We will provide you with:

• Salary for full-time employees: $55K- $60K per year /  based on your level of experience 
• Salary for part-time employees: $22-$25 per hour / based on your level of experience
