You must have knowledge of the following:

• Be a strong closer, engaging customers early in the sale to maximize gross
• Actively support, encourage and motivate sales team daily to maintain high productivity
• Maintain the standards of integrity, trust and respect among our dealership and with customers
• Be accountable for daily performance metrics in sales, appointments and call follow up.
• Follow-up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate future leads

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Strong closing & desking skills with the ability to ask for the sale and follow-up with customers
• Passion for customer retention and strong CSI
• Commitment to building a team with employee retention as the core
• Experience in building sales volume using organic, digital and traditional sales and marketing strategies
• Outgoing personality with excellent verbal/written communication skills along with strong negotiation and presentation skills

This dealership will provide you with  the following

• Base salary
• A very aggressive end of the month commission plan
