Used Car Manager

Kia City of the Bronx, located @ 3505 Conner Street, Bronx, NY, is seeking to hire an experienced Used Car Manager.

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Used Car Manager to join our leadership team. This is a great opportunity to work with a top-performing dealership in one of the busiest automotive markets in the country.

Candidates must possess proven experience in the subprime credit market and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of subprime lender approval criteria.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the used car department, including inventory, appraisals, reconditioning, pricing, and merchandising
• Knowledge of internet marketing is a huge plus
• Drive profitability through effective buying, selling, and inventory management strategies.
• Train, motivate, and lead the sales team to meet and exceed monthly goals.
• Maintain top-tier customer satisfaction and ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures.
• Work closely with the GM and other department heads to maximize overall dealership performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of proven experience as a Used Car Manager
• Strong knowledge of appraisals, market trends, and online pricing tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
• Dealer Track experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
