BDC Manager   /  Penn Toyota of Greenvale, Long Island 

Penn Toyota, located on Northern Blvd, Greenvale, is seeking an experienced BDC Manager who is ready to elevate their career in our new, state-of-the-art facility.

We are seeking a driven, aggressive, and results‑focused automotive professional with prior new car franchise dealership experience. Toyota experience is preferred but not mandatory. We’re looking for a true go‑getter who knows how to close appointments, lead, train, and grow business.

Candidates must demonstrate proven expertise in CRM management, digital marketing, social media advertising, and performance tracking through Google Analytics.

Requirements 

• Thorough knowledge of automotive internet advertising and digital marketing
• Minimum of 2 years customer service experience (preferred)
•  Minimum of 2 years management experience (preferred but not required)
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain constant communication with Sales and  the Management team daily
• Monitor customer scheduling and ensure proper follow‑up via email, text, and phone calls
• Oversee sales and service appointments, scheduling, and customer appointments
• The ability to understand online buyer behavior and coach staff on internet sales best practices
• Manage all email texts and phone inquiries, ensuring timely responses
