Parts Manager

Town & Country Chrysler Jeep, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, located on Hempstead Tpke, Levittown, is seeking to hire a Parts Manager. We are seeking to hire a candidate who has the ability to oversee inventory, manage staff, and ensure exceptional service to both internal departments and our retail customers.

We are seeking to hire a candidate who can do the following;

• Oversee the Parts staff
• The ability to forecast profitability every month
• Assist in reviewing sales, costs, and inventory every month
• Assist in hiring, training, motivating, and ensuring the performance of the Parts Department staff
• Ensure inventory is available when needed by the Service Dept
• Establish pricing to generate profits and maintain high Customer Satisfaction
• Ensure that inventory systems are performing well
• Ensure parts are appropriately coded so that the dealership can claim a complete refund for unused factory stock
• Oversee the monitoring and adjustment of stock to curtail the accumulation of unused or old parts

Job Requirements:

• Team-oriented
• Wholesale following is a plus, but not mandatory
• Valid NYS Driver’s License

We will provide you with the following:

• Salary $125 K-$150 K per year / this is a commission-based opportunity
