Sales Management

Burns Motor Company is seeking experienced Sales Managers, both New and Pre-Owned, at several of our locations throughout Suffolk County.

We are looking for candidates with the talent, ability, and drive to close deals.

CDK experience is preferred but not mandatory.

The ideal candidate must have the following skills

• Be a strong closer, engaging with customers early in the sales process
• Strive to “find the deal” with every prospect
• Place a strong emphasis on training and staff development
• Support, encourage, and motivate the sales team daily to maintain high productivity
• Actively utilize our CRM tool to ensure timely and relevant follow-up with prospects
• Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations as well as all manufacturer policies and procedures
• Oversee sales, phone calls, ensuring that every salesperson makes optimum calls
• Review all E-Commerce opportunities to maximize results
• Collaborate with Finance Managers, Billers, and other departments, creating an efficient and positive workplace

Pre Owned Manager candidates should also have the following skills

• Automotive sales management experience
• Commitment to a proper, thorough appraisal process
• Experience managing used car inventory, including acquisitions, selling, merchandising, marketing, and reconditioning
• Experience with V-Auto 

Job Requirements

• Passion for customer experience and strong CSI
• Engaging personality
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Valid NYS Driver’s License with a clean driving record

We will provide you with

• Salary range: $135K-175K per year (This is a commission-based opportunity)
