DMV Clerk/ Entry Level Bookkeeper

Sunrise Toyota located on Sunrise Hwy, Oakdale, NY is seeking to hire a DMV Clerk/ Entry Level Bookkeeper.

We are willing to train you if you have experience from another facet of the auto industry!

(Tekion / CDK Systems preferred, but not mandatory)
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Process all DMV paperwork in a timely matter
• Manage plate and in-transit permit orders and ensure inventory is up to date
• Prepare title documents and registration processing
• Billing wholesales, swaps, and new/used retail and lease deliveries
• Submit all paperwork to DMV and enter the required information in Verify
• Processing in-transit paperwork
• Responsible for tracking any missing titles and lien releases
