Bookkeeper

New Car Franchise Dealer located in Suffolk County is seeking to hire an experienced Bookkeeper!

Job Requirements:

• Reynolds and Reynolds / Ignite  experience is preferred, but not mandatory
• Accounts Receivables
• Knowledge of costing/posting deals and schedules
• Maintain schedules
• Following up and processing of funding and payoffs
• Processing incentive rebates / reconcile the rebate schedule
• Submit contracts to banks
• Must have good references
