Auto Biller

Habberstad BMW, located on Sunrise Hwy, Bay Shore, NY,  a premier luxury automotive dealership with a reputation for excellence, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Biller to join our accounting team. QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2 years of automotive billing experience required
• Strong knowledge of DMV procedures and documentation
• Familiarity with CDK or similar dealership management systems preferred
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process new and used vehicle sales billing quickly and accurately
• Verify vehicle deal paperwork for completeness and compliance
• Submit contracts to financial institutions and follow up on funding
• Post transactions to the general ledger
• Prepare and submit DMV documentation
• Communicate with the sales department, banks, and management to resolve any discrepancies
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting
