Habberstad BMW, located on Sunrise Hwy, Bay Shore, NY, is seeking to hire an experienced Auto Biller with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a prestigious, high-volume dealership with a reputation for excellence and professionalism.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Highly professional and dependable
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• You will also be responsible for other various office duties as well

We are seeking a candidate who has the following skills:

• Thorough knowledge of DMV and Verify
• Bill all retail and lease deliveries
• Process all DMV paperwork promptly
• Process all in-transit paperwork
• Manage plate and in-transit permit orders and ensure inventory is up to date
• Maintain electronic police books in the VERIFY system
• Techion experience is preferred but not mandatory
• You must be reliable, dependable, and a true team player!
