Automotive Biller

Suffolk County new car franchise dealer is seeking to hire a full-time Auto Biller.

Experience is preferred, but not mandatory.  We are willing to train the right candidate!

You will have a day off during the week, Saturdays are mandatory.

We are seeking a candidate who has the following skills:

• Knowledge of DMV and Verify
• Bill all retail and lease deliveries
• Process all DMV paperwork in a timely matter
• Process all in-transit paperwork
• Manage plate and in-transit permit orders and ensure inventory is up to date
• Maintain electronic police books in the VERIFY system
•  Reynolds & Reynolds / Ignite is preferred but not mandatory
• You must be reliable, dependable, and a true team player!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ensure all motor vehicle paperwork is processed in a timely and accurate manner
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Highly professional and dependable
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• You will also be responsible for other various office duties as well

•  Salary range of $50K – $60K per year based on your level of experience
