Automotive Biller

Suffolk County South Shore New Car Franchise Import Dealer is seeking to hire an experienced Auto Biller.
‘This is an immediate hire opportunity! Reynolds & Reynolds / Ignite is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Thorough knowledge of DMV & Verifi is mandatory
• Processing all out-of-state registrations and titles with a DMV service
• Process all NYS titles and registrations
• Maintain and order all NY/ITP plate inventory
• Maintain and order documents needed for billing
• Supervise all wholesales and swaps to make sure all titles and documents are processed in a timely and efficient manner
• Other office duties as needed

• Salary $ 55K-$70K per year / based on your level of experience
