HR / PAYROLL MANAGER

 

Suffolk County Dealer is seeking to hire a HR / Payroll Manager.

 

Payroll Responsibilities:

  1. Review time sheets, work charts, wage computation, to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
  2. Coordinating all benefits to employees
  3. Process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the payroll system.
  4. Keep track of leave time, such as vacation, personal, and sick leave, for employees.
  5. Compile employee time, production, and payroll data from time sheets and other records.
  6. Distribute and collect time cards each pay period.
  7. Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records.
  8. Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, to maintain and update payroll records.
  9. Process employee information to generate paychecks and statements of earnings and deductions.

HR Responsibilities:

  1. Process, verify, & maintain personnel documentation, especially employment classifications and payroll codes.
  2. Record data for each employee, personnel addresses, absences, and supervisory reports on performance.
  3. Investigate employee complaints
  4. Monitor Employee compliance training

Requirements:

  • Candidates must be professional and maintain confidentiality.
  • Must be detail oriented and take pride in the quality of your work.
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience and provide references
