Delivery Specialist

Stoler Lexus, located on Rte 110, Farmingdale, NY is seeking to hire a Delivery Specialist.

You will be responsible for communicating and demonstrating the technology and the services with a strong focus on overall customer satisfaction that Lexus offers. 

Automotive Delivery Specialist Responsibilities:

• Be the vehicle expert, know the ins & outs of product offerings, & the latest technologies
• Ensuring that vehicles have met all pre-delivery checklist requirements
• Customize vehicle delivery while ensuring that the client understands the vehicle’s operational features
• Explaining and demonstrating the vehicles and technologies that it offers
• Resolving customer inquiries through proper follow-up

Automotive Delievery Specialist / Requirements:

• Outgoing personality
• Good communication skills
• Strong knowledge of smartphone applications
• Valid NYS Driver’s License
• Ability to work in a team setting
• Effective listening skills
• Technology savvy
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
