Smithtown Volkswagen located @ 530 East Jericho Turnpike, St. James, NY is seeking to hire a Lead Service Advisor.

We are offering a GREAT PAY PLAN for an experienced Lead Service Advisor!

We are seeking to hire a candidate who has the following skills;

• Great customer, people skills & telephone skills
• Commitment to customer service satisfaction
• Previous success in resolving customer service issues
• A high level of professionalism and courteousness
• Prior sales experience is a must
• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and warranty work is a plus
• Detail orientated / with a proven track record of achieving goals
• Communicate effectively with our customers and our employees
• Reynolds & Reynolds / Ignite experience is preferred, but not mandatory.

We will provide you with a

• Salary range $70K-$100K per year / This is a commission-based opportunity
