Service Manager

New Car Franchise Import Dealer located in the Nassau/Queens area is seeking to hire an experienced Service Manager. Import experience is preferred but not mandatory. CDK experience is also preferred but not mandatory.

We seek to hire a candidate responsible for daily operations, profitability, employee supervision, and customer satisfaction in our Service Department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Has a strong knowledge of Fixed Operations metrics and understands how to drive the business
• Maintains Customer Satisfaction scores at or above factory/company standards
• The ability to answer technical questions about warranties, services, and repairs
• Oversees training and development of Service Department employees
• Oversees compliance with all warranty policies and procedures
• Reinforces company policies and adheres to manufacturers’ standards
• Ensures that the Service Department is compliant with applicable laws and regulations
• Maintains a good working relationship with the factory
• Maintains excellent employee relations
• Detail-orientated /  communicate effectively with our customers and our employees
• Proven track record of achieving goals

Job Requirements:

• Strong record of positive Customer Satisfaction (CSI) results
• Team-oriented
• Valid in-state driver’s license with good driving record
• Excellent references

We will provide you with the following:

• Salary range $150K – $175K per year / This is a commission-based opportunity
