Service Manager

Western Suffolk / Nassau New Car Franchise Domestic Dealer area is seeking an experienced and driven Service Manager to lead our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven leader who is passionate about customer satisfaction, team development, and operational excellence.

Position Overview

The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Service Department, ensuring efficient operations, strong CSI scores, and profitable performance while maintaining the highest standards of customer care. You must have at least 3 years of prior Service Management experience and a proven track record. You must have a great CSI track record as well.

You will be responsible for the following:

• The ability to train the Service Sales Staff to promote customer satisfaction (CSI)
• Ensure that common courtesy is shown to all customers by every service employee
• Make sure that the Service Dept is compliant with applicable laws and regulations
• Maintains a good working relationship with the factory
• Maintains excellent employee relations
• Handle customer complaints tactfully, promptly, and with concern for the customer
• Generate and strive to increase labor sales
• Ensure that all necessary shop equipment is in proper and safe working condition
• Schedule staff training as necessary to ensure proper repairs
• Stay up to date on product changes and new products
• Stay compliant with proper EPA/OSHA/HAZMAT safety standards.

We will provide you with the following:

• The salary range is $175K-$200K per year / This is a commission-based opportunity
