Long Island New Car Franchise Luxury Dealer is seeking to hire a Service Manager. Prior Service Management experience is a must.

We are looking for qualified, experienced Automotive Service Professionals with an exceptional focus on CSI and Service to our clientele.

We are seeking to hire a candidate who has the following skills

Strong customer service and leadership abilities
Monitor Service Department performance with key metrics, including revenue, profitability & efficiency
Recruit, hire, motivate, and maintain the highest quality staff
Handle and resolve customer complaints/concerns
Contribute to the training and development of technicians
Excellent customer service skills (CSI)
Monitor, implement, and maintain all systems and processes
Enforce adherence to all safety standards and environmental laws and regulations
Valid NYS Driver’s License
