Service Advisor

New Car Franchise Suffolk County Dealer is seeking to hire a Service Advisor.

We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor that will be responsible for customer relations and service sales.  The job requires the proper satisfaction of customer and vehicle related problems, meeting predetermined service sales objectives and the thorough and accurate performance of designated administrative activities. 

Requirements;

• A proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction in an Automotive Dealership setting
• Must have the ability to upsell
• A high degree of ownership and accountability with the ability prioritize effectively
• The ability to display a high degree of integrity and professionalism with excellent communication skills
• Above average energy level with the ability to work in a competitive environment
• Dealertrack experience a PLUS but NOT a must

Summary:

• The Service Advisor will visually inspect vehicles and gather information about the vehicle performance, complete work order and calculate and prepare service costs
• Interact with customers to determine immediate service needs
• Serve as a liaison between Technicians and customers to ensure proper workflow
• We have a very busy shop and are seeking to hire a candidate that has excellent CSI and people skills
• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
• Team oriented and self-motivated
• Able to work with little supervision
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
