Service Advisor

East Hills Chevrolet of Douglaston seeks an experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor to satisfy the automotive needs of our clients.

Six-Figure + Earning Potential!

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Greet customers in service lanes
• Generate appraisals and estimates
• Write repair orders and follow up with the customer via phone, email, and text.
• Maintain CSI standards

Job Requirements

• Strong listening & communication skills
• Commitment to customer service satisfaction
• Be very detail-oriented
• A high level of professionalism and courteousness
• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and warranty work is a plus
• Minimum 2 years of Service Writing experience preferred
