Our shop is very busy with activity, and we need help now! We are seeking to hire a candidate who is motivated, assertive, and a true go-getter! If this is you, you need to apply now! Dealer Track experience is preferred but not mandatory.

We are seeking a candidate that can;

• Schedule repair appointments
• Greet customers in service lanes
• A high level of professionalism and courteousness
• Commitment to customer service satisfaction
• Previous success in resolving customer service issues
• Excellent CSI / customer service skills, along with great people skills
• Generate appraisals and estimates
• ​Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions by providing excellent customer service
• Have a positive attitude and ability to work well with customers and employees
• A proven verifiable track record is a must

• Salary range 80K -$120K per year / This is a commission-based opportunity
