Service Advisor

Legend Auto Group consisting of  Audi & Porsche located on Merrick Rd, Massapequa, NY is seeking to hire a Service Advisor.

High Line or German experiences preferred but not mandatory.

We are offering a GREAT PAY PLAN for an experienced Service Advisor!

We are seeking to hire a candidate that has the following skills;

• Great customer, people skills & telephone skills
• Commitment to customer service satisfaction
• Previous success in resolving customer service issues
• A high level of professionalism and courteousness
• Sales experience
• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and warranty work is a plus
• Detail orientated
• Communicate effectively with our customers and our employees
• Proven track record of achieving goals
• Reynolds & Reynolds / Ignite experience is preferred, but not mandatory.

We will provide you with a base salary, based on you level of experience, plus an end of the month commission plan, a medical benefits plan is also (available) a 401K and paid vacation!
