High Line Service Advisor

New Car Franchise High Line Dealer located in the Nassau / Suffolk area is seeking to hire an experience Service Advisor. Prior high-line experience is preferred, but not mandatory.

This opportunity is for a Seasoned Service advisor only.

We are seeking to hire a candidate who has the following skills;

• Great customer, people skills & telephone skills
• Commitment to customer service satisfaction
• Previous success in resolving customer service issues
• A high level of professionalism and courteousness
• Sales experience
• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and warranty work is a plus
• Detail orientated
• Communicate effectively with our customers and our employees
• Proven track record of achieving goals
• Reynolds & Reynolds / Ignite experience is preferred, but not mandatory.

We will provide you with a

• Salary $80K-$120K per year / This is a commission-based opportunity
