Service Manager

Busy Nassau County Import Dealership seeks an experienced Manager / Director to manage our busy service department. 

We are seeking to hire a candidate who has the following skill set:

• Strong motivational, leadership, and communication ski
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on CSI
• Strong ability to monitor, implement & maintain all systems and processes
• Recruit, motivate, and maintain the highest quality staff with attention to detail
• Monitor service department performance with key metrics, including revenue, profitability & efficiency
• Assure compliance with safety goals

1. High Compensation / $150K-$250K per year
