Sales Manager

Suffolk County New Car Import Franchise Dealer is seeking to hire a Sales Manager! Prior Auto Sales Management experience is a must.

We are looking to hire a candidate  to do the following/

• Has prior experience in T.O ing deals
• Responsible for ensuring that the dealership meets its Sales and CSI objectives on a consistent basis
• Ensure that the dealership reaches its profit objectives on a monthly and annual basis
• The ability to hire, monitor and train a sales team

Primary Requirements:

• Highly well organized
• Strong proven leadership skills
• Great communication skills
• Proven results / excellent track record
• Excellent references are a must
