Sales Desking Manager / Domestic Dealer

Long Island  New Car Franchise Domestic Dealer is seeking to hire an experienced Sales / Desking Manager now!

We are seeking to hire a candidate that has a minimum of (3) years Sales Management experience with a proven track record and great references!

You must be proficient in all of the following;

• The ability and talent to, T.O. and close deals
• Strong knowledge of CRM tools
• Must have an excellent CSI track record
• The ability to hire train & motivate a sales team
• Analyze inventories & assist in the ordering of vehicles
• Reynolds & Reynolds  experience is a plus, but not mandatory
• You must have the ability to manage & motivated a sales staff
