Sales / Desking Manager

Smith Haven Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram located on Middle Country Road, St James, NY is seeking to hire a Sales / Desking Manager now! 

We are gearing up to kick off a fantastic selling season!

We are looking to hire a candidate who has the following skills;

• Great people and communication skills
• The ability to desk deals / be strong closer engaging customers early in the sale to maximize gross
• Actively support, encourage, and motivate the sales team daily to maintain high productivity
• Be accountable for daily performance metrics in sales, appointments, and call follow-up
• The knowledge to appraise cars
• Knowledge of social media
• The ability to monitor and train a sales force
• Maintain the standards of integrity, trust, and respect among our dealership and with customers

 Requirements

• Passion for customer retention and strong CSI
• Commitment to building a team with employee retention as the core
• Outgoing personality with excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Valid NYS Driver’s License
• Excellent references

We will provide you with  

• Salary range $120k -$150K per year / This is a commission-based opportunity
