Sales / Desking Manager

Smith Haven Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram located on Middle Country Road, St James, NY seeking to hire a Sales / Desking Manager!

Experienced Sales Professionals with a proven track record and a minimum of three years of experience in a new car franchise setting, who are ready to take the next step in their career, are also encouraged to apply!

We are looking to hire a candidate who has the following skills;

• Great people and communication skills
• The ability to close deals / be a strong closer, engaging customers early in the sale to maximize gross revenue
• Actively support, encourage, and motivate the sales team daily to maintain high productivity
• Be accountable for daily performance metrics in sales, appointments, and call follow-up
• The knowledge to appraise cars
• Knowledge of social media
• The ability to monitor and train a sales force
• Maintain the standards of integrity, trust, and respect among our dealership and with customers

 Requirements

• Passion for customer retention and strong CSI
• Commitment to building a team with employee retention as the core
• Outgoing personality with excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Valid NYS Driver’s License
• Excellent references

We will provide you with  

• Salary range $125k -$150K per year / This is a commission-based opportunity
