High Volume Western Suffolk County New Car Franchise Domestic Dealer is seeking to hire a Pre-Owned BDC Manager.

You must have extensive knowledge of all Automotive Internet advertising, including Google Analytics, and Digital marketing. We subscribe to almost every lead generator that is available! As a result, we have a tremendous amount of inquiries coming in daily! We have over 300 Pre-Owned cars in our inventory and a very aggressive advertising budget!

Job Description

You will be responsible for organizing, developing, and monitoring the daily activities of incoming calls and internet leads for the Pre-Owned Sales department, through the use of automotive DMS and CRM systems.

Reynolds & Reynolds / Ignite  experience is preferred but not mandatory

Job Responsibilities:

• Actively train and mentor the BDC staff
• Maintain and oversee an accurate customer database through the E-leads system
• Ensure all customer follow-up is conducted in a timely and professional manner
• Track follow-up and monitor of all appointments
• Constant communication with our Pre-Owned Sales Management team
• Prepare, compose, and update all scripts for appointment setting and follow-up calls

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience leading an inside sales team performing in a high-relationship consultative sales process.
• Sales skills in a team environment
• Sales management and human relations skills
• Ability to drive performance through the creation of a productive and fun work environment
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• General knowledge of the automotive industry
