Port Jeff Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on Rte 347 Port Jeff Station, NY is seeking to hire a  Service Advisor!

We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our established and efficiently operated dealership. This role offers an excellent career opportunity with a highly competitive compensation package, including substantial weekly pay and monthly commission.

While prior experience is preferred, it is not required; we are prepared to provide training for qualified Technicians or Salespersons interested in transitioning into this position. Become part of a Service and Parts team that values professionalism, respect, and dedication.

We are seeking a candidate who has the following:

• Strong CSI is a must, along with great customer, people skills & telephone skills
• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and warranty work is a plus, but not mandatory 
• The ability to upsell
• Detail oriented
• Build a long-lasting, quality relationship with your customers
• You must be able to interact and provide positive reinforcement to an already successful team environment of technicians, parts personnel, sales staff, and management

• Salary range of $90k -$130k per year (This is a commission-based opportunity)
