Service Advisor

Port Jeff Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on Rte 347 Port Jeff Station, NY is seeking to hire an experienced Automotive Service Advisor!

You will be working in our state-of-the-art facility.

We are seeking to hire a candidate who has the following:

• Reynolds & Reynolds/ Ignite  experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Strong CSI is a must, along with great customer, people skills & telephone skills
• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and warranty work is a plus
• The ability to upsell
• Detail oriented
• Build a long-lasting quality relationship with your customers
• You must be able to interact and provide positive reinforcement to an already successful team environment of technicians, parts personnel, sales staff, and management

• Salary range of $75-100k per year, (This is a commission-based opportunity)
