Parts Manager

Busy Suffolk County-based Import Dealership seeks an experienced Parts Manager. 

The ideal candidate will:

1. Oversee the Parts Department staff.
2. Forecast profitability monthly.
3. Assist in reviewing sales, costs, and inventory monthly.
4. Assist in hiring, training, motivating, and ensuring performance of parts department personnel.
5. Ensure inventory is available when needed by the service department.
6. Establish pricing to generate profits and maintain high customer satisfaction.
7. Ensure that inventory systems are performing well.
8. Ensure parts are appropriately coded so the dealership can claim a complete refund for unused factory stock.
9. Oversee the monitoring and adjusting of stock to curtail the accumulation of unused or old parts.

Job Requirements:

1. Team-oriented.
2. Wholesale following is a huge plus.
3. Valid NYS Driver’s License.

We will provide you with the following:

1. Salary range $100K – $200k, per year / including bonuses and commissions
