Parts Counter Personnel

Bical Chevrolet, located on Merrick Rd, Valley Stream, is seeking to hire a Parts Counter Personnel to join our team!

GM experience is preferred.

You will be responsible for the following

• Fill technician or customer orders from stock inventory or submit special orders
• Mark and store parts in an orderly fashion according to procedure
• Order and stock basic parts, supplies, and equipment
• Handle warranty parts replacement; return defective part to manufacturer according to procedures, prepare associated documentation, and provide receipts to technicians
• Knowledge of wholesale parts is a plus, but not mandatory

Requirements 

• Auto-mate experience is a plus, but not mandatory
• The ability to communicate effectively with our Technicians, Management, as well as our customers
• Professional appearance 
• Great customer service skills
• Team player with a take-charge attitude

We will provide you with a:

• Salary $65K-$80K per year / based on your level of experience
