Service Advisor

Paragon Acura and our sister dealership, Paragon Honda, both located on Northern Blvd, Woodside, are seeking to hire motivated and customer-focused Service Advisors to join our teams!

If you have excellent communication skills, a proven sales track record, and a passion for providing top-notch customer service, we want to hear from you!

CDK experience is preferred but not mandatory; Acura / Honda experience is a plus but not mandatory.

We are seeking a candidate who has the following skills;

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers during their service experience
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless service process
• Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
• Manage service appointments and maintain accurate service records
• Maintains customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle; obtaining customer’s approval of estimates; answering questions and concerns
• Develops estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculates customers’ payments, including deductibles
• The ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual is a plus

Requirments 

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and technical understanding of vehicle service 
• Knowledge of new car dealership policy principles and practices is a plus
• Understanding of the vehicle diagnostic and repair process
• The ability to function well under pressure and be accountable
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

Compensation

• Salary $80K-$160K per year / This is a commission-based opportunity
