New Car Franchise Dealer located in Nassau County has 2 Office opportunities available.  They are seeking to hire an Office Manager and an Auto Bookkeeper.

(Reynolds & Reynolds / Ignite experience is preferred, but not mandatory)

 

Office Manager

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Will be responsible for reporting the financial condition of the dealership
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Handle floor plan checks and monthly reconciliation
  • Responsible for schedules and general ledger
  • Will provide sales and expense analysis for potential problems and solutions
  • Mentor and guide all Office Personnel
  • Review general ledger for accuracy and prepared financial statements
  • Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, credit and collections
  • Strong ability to reconcile accounts, expenses and run reports
  • Work closely with the GM on a daily basis to ensure profitability of the dealership

Auto Bookeeper

Prior Auto Bookkeeping experience is a must.

(Reynolds & Reynolds / Ignite experience is preferred, but not mandatory)

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Costing / posting deals and finalizing to accounting
  • Following up and processing of funding and payoffs
  • Processing incentive rebates
  • Breaking down contracts
  • Extended warranties
  • Excel knowledge
  • Calculating commissions for the Sales Department
