 Office Manager

 

East Suffolk County New Car Franchise Dealer is seeking to hire an  Office Manager.

 If you have a minimum of three years experience as an Automotive Bookkeeper and are looking to take a step up, you need to apply as well.

Your responsibilities will include the following;

  • Responsible for NYS Sales Tax
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Handle floor plan checks and monthly reconciliation
  • Oversee payroll processing
  • Responsible for schedules and general ledger
  • Review the general ledger for accuracy
  • Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, credit, and collections
  • Strong ability to reconcile accounts, expenses and run reports
  • Running background & motor vehicle checks
  • Completing new hire employment forms
  • All aspects of compliance
  • Timely posting & submission of Payroll
  • Medical enrollments, terminations, and Cobra
  • Address H.R. complaints and requests

 Requirements and Qualifications

  • CDK experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Highly organized multi-tasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ·Self-directed and able to work without supervision
  • Solid time management skills; able to prioritize

  • A salary ranging between $80K – $120K compensation based on your level of experience
