Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with renting vehicles, including explaining rental terms, insurance options, and vehicle features
• Maintain all Rent a Car records daily
• Manage the rental fleet to ensure availability and upkeep
• Maintain all Rent a Car customer activity daily
• Building and maintaining relationships with new and repeat customers
• Process rental contracts, payments, and returns
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a seamless rental experience
• Coordinate with other dealership departments to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or car rental is a plus but not mandatory
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Here is what you can expect:

• Salary $40K-$50K per year / based on your level of experience
