Assistant BDC Manager

Nissan of Smithtown located at 535 Middle Country Rd, St. James, NY, is seeking to hire an Assistant BDC Manager.

We subscribe to all major lead generators!

Responsibilities;

• Monitoring and contacting Internet leads from our website, dealer, manufacturer and third party sites
• Determining each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
• Learning, understanding and adhering to call and e-mail scripts
• Setting and confirming appointments, following up for each shown or missed appointment
• Attending weekly sales meetings and training
• Meeting, communicating and assisting with the Sales Managers, regarding objectives, planned activities and analysis

We will provide you with;

• A base salary of $750 per week
• Commissions on appointments
• Bonuses on sales
• Volume bonuses each month
