Nissan of Westbury located at 939 Old Country Rd Westbury, NY, is seeking to hire a BDC Manager!
This position will include hiring, training and overseeing all BDC Personnel as well as monitoring all Internet leads. You will be responsible for to overseeing our entire Customer Contact Center.
Applicants must possess the following:
- Minimum 2 years Customer Service experience
- Minimum 2 years BDC experience
- Communicates effectively with Internet Personnel whether by phone, by e-mail or in person
- Directs all BDC Personnel to product information resources
- Constant communication with senior management
- Monitor customers scheduling to select a vehicle and ensures proper followup by the BDC staff
- Understands the psychology of Internet customers and works with the staff to help them understand the Internet buyer
- Oversee all e-mail inquiries frequently and make sure they are responded to in a timely manner
- Establishes personal income goals for the entire staff that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devises a strategy to assist the staff in reaching those goals.
- Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories and the benefits to customers and conveys this information to all BDC Personnel
