General Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the new and pre-owned vehicle sales dept
- Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performance sales team
- Drive performance and profitability through strong processes and accountability
- Collaborate closely with F&I, service, and marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Monitor sales metrics, market trends, and inventory to stay ahead
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Experience with CRM and dealership management systems
- Setting regular objectives and creating a plan of action to accomplish these goals for our sales and F&I department
- You must be comfortable stepping into various roles to assist Managers, as needed
- You will be responsible for ensuring the dealership reaches its profit objectives on a monthly and annual basis
- Oversee BDC / CRM / E-Commerce pricing and new car pricing for various websites
- Highly organized with excellent communication skills
- Strong, proven leadership skills

- Salary $175 – $200K per year / this is a commission-based opportunity
