Service Advisor 

Newins Bay Shore Ford, located on Montauk Hwy, Bay Shore  NY, is seeking to hire a Service Advisor. Our shop is booming with  Service business, and we need help now!

If you have prior sales experience from another industry or have experience from another facet of the auto industry, you need to apply as well!

We are seeking to hire a candidate who has the following skills;

• Great customer, people skills & telephone skills
• Commitment to customer service satisfaction
• Dealer Track experience is preferred, but not mandatory 
• Previous success in resolving customer service issues
• A high level of professionalism and courteousness
• The ability to upsell 
• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and warranty work is a plus
• Detail orientated
• Communicate effectively with our customers and our employees
• Proven track record of achieving goals

We will provide you with a

• Salary range $70K – $100K per year / This is a commission-based opportunity
