Service Advisor 

Newins Bay Shore Ford, located on Montauk Highwaym Bay Shore, NY, is seeking to hire a Service Advisor.

Our Service Department is booming, and we need additional help now! This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy dealership with a steady flow of customers and strong earning potential.

If you have prior service experience from another industry or have experience from another facet of the auto industry, you need to apply as well!

We are seeking to hire a candidate who has the following skills;

• Great customer, people skills & telephone skills
• Commitment to customer service satisfaction
• Dealer Track experience is preferred, but not mandatory 
• Previous success in resolving customer service issues
• A high level of professionalism and courteousness
• The ability to upsell 
• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and warranty work is a plus
• Detail orientated
• Communicate effectively with our customers and our employees
• Proven track record of achieving goals

We will provide you with a

• Salary range $75K – $100K per year / This is a commission-based opportunity
• An aggressive end-of-the-month commission plan
